RESULTS

Below are photos from just a handful of the homes we have worked in over the past six years.

ORA

This project features a full exterior remodel, including windows, doors, back and front wood facades, garage door, and front gate. GADI Construction also gutted, reframed, and remodeled the entire master suite on the top floor.

TOWNSEND

GADI Construction transformed this high-rise apartment bathroom into a sleek modern room by using contrasting finishes from a custom slate slide-out medicine cabinet to a smooth countertop and sleek mirror-mounted faucet fixture. The new bathroom also features a rain shower and radiant heat flooring.

HAYES

GADI Construction remodeled both the Master and Powder Bathroom in this San Francisco NoPa apartment. A large window was discovered during construction, one which had been blocked in a remodel years prior, which allowed for natural light to pour into the new space, with both rooms being redesigned to increase space. All new fixtures were used.

CLARENDON

Remodel in the Clarendon Heights neighborhood: kitchen, four bathrooms, and renovated a closet to an enclosed temperature controlled wine cellar. New layouts maximized seating to create a stunning view, and premium materials were used in the cabinets and bathroom to add a touch of luxury. Guest bathrooms feature floor to ceiling wall tile to create the illusion of a larger space.

Smaller projects

Not every project we take on is an entire kitchen, home, or bath remodel. Here are a couple of the fun, smaller projects we've had the joy of working on recently.

BANK

Where some see trash, we see succulence. Just another example of how no space goes untouched.

CARNELIAN

In Diamond Heights, one family needed more natural light in the dining room. If you were wondering, yes this skylight is walkable.
